At-Will Employment
The relationship between you and Liberty-Gandy Pipeline Services is referred to as “employment at will.” This means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or Liberty-Gandy Pipeline Services. • Upon the Employee’s death
• Cause shall include, but is not limited to Employee’s gross misconduct, material damage to the Employer, Employee’s willful breach of this Agreement, or the Employee’s death occurs
